the Festival Committee may remove any objectionable items or terminate my participation without refund. I understand and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth herein, and also agree to forever discharge and release the Mifflin-Juniata Arts Festival Council, its volunteers, and Lewistown Borough/Rec Park from any and all manner of actions, suits, damage claims, whatever arising from any loss or damage to properties or self.
